3.7 Perspektivering
Virksomheden har meget tidligt startet med at internationalisere genom eksport direkte til kunder og importører. Næste strategi (idé) og skridt kan være som undersøgelsen også peger mod at gå mod en reel globalisering og samtidigt overveje at placere rammerene, udvide mission og vision for hvordan virksomheden kan optimere globaliseringsprocessen yderligere mod at arbejde som en transnational virksomhed. Virksomheden vil meget hurtigt finde ud af at aktiviteterne og værdi kæden også på kan optimeres og det forarbejde vil man med fordel så vidt muligt kunnes planlægge i forvejen. Ved at ændre sin værdi kæde helt og sprede den for øget konkurrencefordele gennem produkt udvikling, markedsføring, branding og videns tilførsel, kan også give muligheden for at få fat i danske hjemme marked som uden tvivl vil være en stor fordel at have.
