INTRODUCTION

Middle-aged men between 45-65 years who network in selected parks in Aalborg Municipality have been identified as

vulnerable and tend not to use and benefit from available health promotion offers

such as early detection. Anecdotal evidence indicates that they engage in risky health

behaviour with exposure to different health risk factors such as tobacco smoking, alcohol use and inactivity, which affects their overall health situation. Research additionally

indicates that vulnerable population groups receive few choices regarding their personal health behaviour and have limited access

to health information and -support to aid a sustaining health behaviour.
