T e c h n o lo g ic a l d e v e lo p m e n ts m e a n increasin g d ig itis a tio n a n d in te rn a tio n a lis a tio n o f th e w a y w e w o r k a n d o f th e D anish la b o u r m a r k e t as a w hole.

T he n u m b e r o f jo b fu n c tio n s t h a t can be a u to m a te d is a c c e le ra tin g , a n d this a u to m a tiz a tio n is likely to im p a c t u nevenly across industries. D e v e lo p m e n ts w ill create n e w jo b typ e s, w hile o th e r jo b fu n c tio n s w ill d is a p p e a r.

T he w a y t h a t la b o u r is o rg a n is e c w ill also change.

W e are a lr e a d y seeing new a n d looser e m p lo y m e n t fo rm s, w ith m o re f r e q u e n t jo b changes.

This d e v e lo p m e n t holds a n u m b e r o f new o p p o rtu n itie s . N e w ty p e s o f job w ill arise, a n d te le w o rk in g m eans t h a t e m p loye es can m a tc h w ith e m p loye rs across g e o g ra p h ic a l loca tio ns. T e c h n o lo g ic a l d e v e lo p m e n ts w ill bring

re la tio n s h ip can be essential t o move citizens closer to e m p lo y m e n t.
