Question #22:

In the Tender Document, section 4 “submission of tenders” it is written that the tender must be submitted no later than Wednesday, the 28th of November 2017.

Could you please clarify is the deadline is “Tuesday the 28th of November 2017” or “Wednesday the 29th of November 2017”?

Answer #22:

The Tender deadline is Tuesday, the 28th of November 2017, at 12:00 GMT +1.
