Mrs. Lyudmyla Denisova

Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights 21/8, Instytutska street, Kyiv 01008, Ukraine

Thursday, 24 February 2022

Dear Mrs. Denisova,

Hope that this letter finds you safe and well.

The reason I write is that on behalf of the ENNHRI Board, I would like to express our solidarity with the people of Ukraine, and the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights and all the staff and their families, during this critical and dangerous period.

Please be assured that ENNHRI stands together in solidarity with you all.

We invite you to contact us if you would like to discuss further if and how ENNHRI can be of support to your institution and its staff. Should it be of interest we will make it our utmost priority.

We look forward to receiving your response, and potentially exploring together the support that ENNHRI could provide in line with our relevant policies and (post-)conflict guidance.

Finally, we sincerely hope that all of you and your loved ones remain, and will continue to remain, safe and well in these uncertain times.

With kind regards,

Prof. Caroline Fennell

Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission ENNHRI Chair
