Research Question:

How can user involvement in the development of IT for  communication between patients and health staff

improve the inclusion of the individual patient in his/her  own diagnosis and treatment process, and thus increase  the quality of the patient’s experience and at the same  time further efficient communication?

citizens in their own health. And how can user‐

driven innovation processes create a basis for

Storing User‐oriented Knowledge throughout a  Product Development Process

Research question:

Which tools and methods can store user‐oriented

knowledge in an accessible way throughout the entire product development period so that this knowledge can be used for specification and implementation and  make transparent the ensuing consequences of the  decisions affecting the manufacturing process as  seen by the user and for the context in which the  product is being used?
