collective task. In proposing such a differentiation, the goal is to elaborate on resilience in the context of temporary organisations and highlight that effectively handling problems on a project-basis need not transpire on an industry level. Following, some limitations of this thesis are elucidated and recommendations for clarifications through potential future studies are made.

Similarly, while indicating that collaboration was necessary for dealing with the pandemic, this thesis could not account for or further elaborate on the intricate nature of power, influence and role allocation in the negotiations between industry parties. Further exploring this perspective could potentially elaborate on how the power structures within the industry affect resilience.

While an argument could be made for the superior position of production companies due to their role in setting up the project, the special treatment of actors could also imply otherwise. It is acknowledged that the shared understanding within the industry fostered by social embeddedness (Jones & Lichtenstein, 2009; Sydow & Braun, 2018) most likely is integral in determining the power relationships. Therefore, exploring the negotiation process could not only elaborate on the power structures, but also further explain the willingness of trade-offs on different levels made in order to ensure a resilient reaction to unexpected events and potentially even indicate the necessary steps to successfully deal with such on a macro-level.
