Arbejdsintensitet svarende til en belastning på 70-84 % af maksimal voluntær kontraktion (MVC), eller af 1 Repetition maksimum (RM)) svarende til 8 - 12 repetitioner for personer < 50-60 år og 10 – 15 repetitioner for personer fra 50-60 år og ældre (tabel 1 (30)).

Alle muskelgrupper inklusiv de afficerede led bør indgå i træningen.

Patienter med leddestruktion i UE bør undgå belastninger over egen vægt ved ben-pres.

Patienter med skulder symptomer bør undgå stor belastning over skulderhøjde (1).

Procesmåling:

Individuelle træningslogs med beskrivelse af træningstilrettelæggelsen herunder øvelsesvalg, intensitet, antal træningspas, progression, varighed og graden af supervision.
