It’s a great pleasure to welcome you to the annual meeting 2021 for the Danish Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine (DASAIM). It will take place in Copenhagen 18 to 20 november 2021. The venue for DASAIMs annual meeting is Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers.

The DASAIM aims to promote and encourage the academic and clinical development of the medical speciality anaesthesiology and intensive care medicine, which includes anaesthesia, intensive care medicine, pain therapy, emergency medicine and pre-hospital care.

The meeting is attended by approximately 350 delegates and 30 faculty and several industry attendants. We aim for the best possible scientific programme, with a strong focus on live streaming.

The organising committee has a high focus on the collaboration with the medical industry. Our aim is for you to achieve an optimal benefit, exposure and visibility during the congress. Communication and collaboration are essential for an optimal meeting, but also for your benefit. The organising committee wishes to invest in improved

communication with our collaborators, sponsors, and exhibitors.

The venue for the annual meeting is Crown Plaza Copenhagen Towers, which is located between Copenhagen Airport and the city center just next to Ørestad Station.

Crowne Plaza is known as a leader within sustainability among Danish hotels.

The meeting will take place at the lower level of the hotel in the Everest Ballroom and the adjacent foyer, and this area will be accessible exclusively for participants in the annual meeting.

Price per square metre: DKK 2.800 excl. VAT.

The stand rental includes:

The Exhibition is being sold as floor space only. If you require any additional exhibition items (walls, furniture, light, audio-visuals, flowers etc.) please refer to the Exhibitors’ Manual which will be distributed approx. 2-3 months prior to the meeting.

Exhibitor Staff registrations

Additional access passes can be bought as Exhibitors Staff registration at DKK 1.500 + VAT.

The Exhibitor Registration entitles to:

• Free access to the exhibition area

• 1 free copy of the Final Programme

• Coffee and Lunch breaks

11 Allocation of exhibition space

When completing the exhibition booking form, preferred exhibition area can be chosen (Foyer or Everest 1).

After 18 September, the organizers will allocate the exact booth locations depending on the sold space and booth sizes. The organizers cannot guarantee preferred locations.

Practical Information

Reservation

In order to be valid, your reservation must be completed on the appropriate Booking form to be filled out and send to DASAIM@mci-group.com. When the booking is confirmed, invoice for 100 % will be issued by MCI Copenhagen – to be paid within 30 days of receipt.

Filling out the reservation form constitutes a firm hire commitment and compels the subscriber to accept both the general conditions and the exhibition rules and regulations. No verbal or telephone agreement will commit MCI Copenhagen nor the Organizing Committee unless confirmed in writing.

VAT

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the prevailing rate, currently 25% at time of print. Amounts will be invoiced in DKK.

The fee opportunities will be subject to the reverse charge mechanism when supplied to taxable companies established in the EU in accordance with art 44.

Invoices will be issued without VAT and the company VAT number must be noted on the invoice. The fee will be subject to 25% Danish VAT for taxable persons and companies established in Denmark and countries outside the EU.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Organizer and the following cancellation policy will be enforced: 100% of the contract price minus 25 % in administration fee will be refunded if the cancellation is received within 6 months prior to the meeting. After this deadline there will be no refunds.
