To sammenlignelige dage med og uden E-PTO Reduktion på 8-9 liter eller omkring 25%.

Hænger godt sammen med teorien, da der stadig var 20 kWh på batteriet after kørslen.

En elektrisk drevet skraldekasse støjer mindre

Dieselmotoren bruges ikke som energikilde, når der komprimeres og løftes. Dieselmotoren behøver ikke at gå op i omdrejninger, som

normalt under komprimering. Motoren kan stoppes.

Arbejdsmiljøet forbedres for operatørerne og det giver muligheden for at udnytte udstyret bedre, hvis der gives tilladelse til at køre om natten – 2 skift.

Because LWA4 is calculated on basis of LpA,1s (=SEL, Sound Exposure Level) the sound power level during test mode 4 (material is falling into the refuse collection vehicle) reach app. LWA4 = 117 dB re 1 pW regardless of the power source i.e. engine or battery.

For information LWA4* calculated on basis of LpAeq,T is shown. LAeq,T is the average sound level measured during time interval T (3 or more operation cycles). LWA1, LWA2, and LWA3 are all calculated on basis of LpAeq,T according to 2000/14/EC.

LWA sound power level 'A' rated, an EU rating system commonly applied to machinery etc.

Arbejdstilsynets bekendtgørelse nr 63 af 6 februar 2006 (Direktiv 2003/10/EC of 6/2 2003) omhandler

“minimumsforskrifter for sikkerhed og sundhed i

forbindelse med arbejdstagernes eksponering for risici på grund af fysiske agenser (støj)”

Den internationale standard ISO 1999 omhandler

forbindelsen mellem støj og risikoen for høreskader.

Et støjniveau på 85 dB (A) svarer til:

• 85 dB(A) i 8 timer

• 88 dB(A) i 4 timer

• 91 dB(A) i 2 timer

• 94 dB(A) i 1 timer

• 97 dB(A) i 30 minutter

”§ 11. Ingen må udsættes for støjbelastning over 85 dB(A) eller spidsværdier af impulser over 137 dB(C).

Hvor værdierne overskrides, skal der straks træffes foranstaltninger, der bringer støjen under værdierne, ske en fastlæggelse af årsagerne til, at værdierne overskredet, og træffes tekniske og organisatoriske foranstaltninger for at undgå, at overskridelsen gentages.”

Støj har flere heldbredseffekter på mennesker

Vedvarende støj ved 75-80 dB (A) indebærer risiko for høreskader Vedvarende støj ved 85 dB (A) indebærer risiko for svære

høreskader.

Vedvarende støj ved 90 dB (A) indebærer 3 gange så stor en risko for svære høreskader som støj ved 85 dB (A).

Stærk impulsstøj med værdier over 130-140 dB (C), kan ødelægge hørelsen selv ved ganske få påvirkninger. Impuls støj kan f.eks være metal mod metal.

Støj kan give tinnitus (ringen for ørene) and hyperacusis (selv meget svage lyde virker irriterende).

Selv svage støjniveauer påvirker arbejdsopgaver der kræver

koncentration, for eksempel undervisning eller inspektionsarbejde.

Noise contribution calculations for the tested refuse collection vehicle were carried out for the situation showed below, representing 5 blocks of flats. The vehicle drives along the red line and stops at the red spot. The garbage handling lasts for 10 minutes with the operation modes distributed as 6% engine at max speed, 53% compacting, 40% lift handling without garbage, and 1% with falling garbage.

It is assumed that the average time (reference period) is 30 minutes corresponding to the Danish noise regulations for the night period.

The noise contributions from the vehicle are (without penalty for impulses):

Vi deltager I forskellige dataopsamlingsforsøg for at verificere disse data.

Der er også andre ting, der skal overvejes:

Emission af CO2: ~20 ton/år per bil ved 30 liter om dagen i 260 dage Emission af partikler: udledning af partikler reduceres.

Støjreduktionen: potentielt færre arbejdsskader og sygedage, komfort Kørsel i aften- og nattetimer: bedre udstyrsudnyttelse, mindre gene for den øvrig trafik,
