6. Undersøgelser af lymfocytters og makrofagers rolle i tarmepithelcellers apoptose og eliminering

Tarmepithelceller er yderst kortlivede (3-6 dage).

De dannes i krypterne og elimineres, ifølge gængs opfattelse, ved afstødning fra villustoppene. Sam-spillet mellem døende epithelceller og andre cel-ler, intraepithelialt og i lamina propria, er ufuld-stændigt undersøgt. Intraepitheliale, cytotoksiske lymfocytter og subepitheliale makrofager fore-kommer i den øverste halvdel af villi og synes at være involveret i epithelcellernes apoptotiske for-andringer. Betydelige artsforskelle gør sig gælden-de vedrørengælden-de gælden-den engælden-delige eliminering af epi-thelcellerne i villustoppene. Dette forsøges belyst ved morfologiske (lys- og elektronmikroskopi) og enzymhistokemiske undersøgelser (H. Jessen).

Han har i 1996 bedømt i alt 17 artikler. F. Bojsen-Møl-ler har tillige været medlem af redaktionsgruppen for Fysioterapeuternes Temablad.
